If
there is one thing that we as surfers are dependent on,
it's the environment. Waterdog recognizes that we
are a brand for surfers, so we aim to make improvements
as a company to how we do business. Therefore, our
clothes are all made from renewable resources, using the
most environmentally responsible processes available.
Also, our clothes are manufactured locally, minimizing
the energy used to transport goods to the point of sale.
Further, we are continually investing in research to
reduce our environmental impact, and to enable our
customers and employees to do the same.
Corporate policies are in place that enable our staff to
minimize their impact on the environment as well. Some
of these policies include modified or flexible work
weeks to enable employees to commute at the least
congested times. Additionally, Waterdog encourages
staff to work remotely whenever possible to minimize
emissions related to commuting
